Roadside Snack

I happened to have a beautiful ripe mango and a ripe avacado left and on the way home from Oregon I turned it into a nice snack at a state park. I even had a few California Strawberries.

I used freshly baked (still a little warm) polenta bread from a bakery in Manzanita called Bread and Ocean.
