1 or 2 cups of fresh or frozen blackberries
1 or 2 frozen bananas (frozen is best so the smoothie will be nice and cold)
1/2 package of soft silken tofu
1 or 2 teaspoons of honey (to taste)
Optional grape juice
I like mine without grape juice so it is thick like a milkshake but if you want yours runny add grape juice.

Ooh I hadnt thought about tofu for a smoothie. Good idea and looks yummy!
